Section 482 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 ( 6 U.S.C. 301a ) is amended— in subsection (a)(1)— in subparagraph (B), by inserting or -leased before port ; in subparagraph (C), in the matter preceding clause (i), by inserting or -leased before port ; and in subsection (b)(4)— in subparagraph (A), by striking terminate and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting terminate on December 31, 2026. ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking carrying out the terms of an agreement under this subsection if such agreement is entered into before such termination date and inserting a proposal accepted for consideration by U.S.
Customs and Border Protection pursuant to this section or a prior pilot program prior to such termination date .
