Section 205 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act ( 42 U.S.C. 5135 ) is amended— in subsection (d)— in paragraph (2)— by striking subparagraph (C); at the end of subparagraph (A), by adding and ; and at the end of subparagraph (B), by striking ; and and inserting a period; in paragraph (3)(D), by striking local governments, insular areas, and Indian tribal governments and inserting local governments and Tribal governments ; and by striking paragraph (4); in subsection (f)— in paragraph (4)— by striking subparagraph (B); and by redesignating subparagraphs
