Section 422 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act ( 42 U.S.C. 5189 ) is amended— in subsection
(a), by striking $35,000 each place it appears and inserting $1,000,000 ; and in subsection (b)(3)— in the heading , by inserting AND REPORT after REVIEW ; and after and report Review by inserting and submit to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs of the Senate a report regarding such review, including any recommendations developed pursuant to such review after under this section . The amendments made by subsection
(a)shall apply with respect to any amounts appropriated after the date of enactment of this Act.
