In this Act— the term Administration means the Small Business Administration; the term Administrator means the Administrator of the Administration; the term appropriate committees of Congress means— the Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship of the Senate; the Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry of the Senate; the Committee on Small Business of the House of Representatives; and the Committee on Agriculture of the House of Representatives; the term rural business investment company has the meaning given the term in section 384A of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act ( 7 U.S.C. 2009cc ); the term Secretary means the Secretary of Agriculture; and the term working group means the interagency working group established under section 4(a).
