Title III of the National Emergencies Act ( 50 U.S.C. 1631 ) is repealed. Section 207 of the International Emergency Economic Powers Act ( 50 U.S.C. 1706 ) is amended— in subsection (b), by striking concurrent resolution and inserting joint resolution ; and by adding at the end the following: In this section, the term National Emergencies Act means the National Emergencies Act, as in effect on the day before the date of the enactment of the National Emergencies Reforms Act. .
