In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated to the United States Geological Survey for fiscal year 2022, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $50,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2031, except that no amounts may be expended after September 30, 2031, to carry out the 3D elevation program ( 43 U.S.C. 3104 ). In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated to the United States Geological Survey for fiscal year 2022, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $100,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2031, except that no amounts may be expended after September 30, 2031, for the Regional and National Climate Adaptation Science Centers to provide localized information to help communities respond to climate change.
