Section 36B(c)(2)(C) is amended— in clause (i)(II), by striking 9.5 percent and inserting 8.5 percent , and by striking clause (iv). Section 36B(c)(4) is amended— in subparagraph (C)(ii), by striking 9.5 percent and inserting 8.5 percent , and by striking subparagraph (F). The amendments made by this section shall apply to taxable years beginning after December 31, 2021.
