In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated to the Secretary for fiscal year 2022, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and notwithstanding sections 381E through 381H and 381N of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (7 U.S.C. 2009d through 2009g and 2009m), $40,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2031, for the cost of direct loans and loan guarantees for the rural business development programs authorized under section 310B of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act and described in subsections
(a)and
(g)of section 310B of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1932(a) and (g)).
