In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated for fiscal year 2022, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $495,000,000, to remain available until expended, to the Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency for the establishment and carrying out of hazard mitigation revolving loan fund grants under section 205 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act ( 42 U.S.C. 5135 ). In addition to amounts made available for administrative expenses under section 205(d)(2) of the Robert T.
Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act ( 42 U.S.C. 5135(d)(2) ), there is appropriated for fiscal year 2022, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise available, $5,000,000 to the Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, to remain available until expended, for administration of this section.
