Sec. 31004. Funding for children’s hospitals that operate graduate medical education programs

In addition to amounts otherwise available, and notwithstanding the caps on awards specified in paragraphs

(1)and

(2)of subsection

(b)and (h)(1) of section 340E of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 256e ), there is appropriated to the Secretary for fiscal year 2022, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $200,000,000, to remain available until expended, for carrying out such section 340E of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 256e ).
