Section 2793(e) of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 300gg–93(e) ) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $100,000,000 for 2022, to remain available until expended, of which $25,000,000 shall be used for each of 2022 through 2025 to carry out this section. .
