In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated to the Secretary of Health and Human Services, for fiscal year 2022, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $30,000,000, to remain available until expended, for necessary administrative expenses to carry out subsections
(c)and
(d)of section 2204 of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 ( Public Law 117–2 ).
