Section 36B(b)(3)(A)(iii) is amended— by striking all that precedes the table contained therein and inserting the following: 2021 through 2026 In the case of a taxable year beginning after December 31, 2020, and before January 1, 2026, the following table shall be applied in lieu of the table contained in clause (i): , and by adding at the end the following new subclause: In the case of a taxable year beginning after December 31, 2020, and before January 1, 2027, clause
(ii)shall not apply for purposes of adjusting premium percentages under this subparagraph. . 2025 of rule to allow credit to taxpayers whose household income exceeds 400 percent of the poverty line Section 36B(c)(1)(E) is amended— by striking in 2021 or 2022 and inserting after December 31, 2020, and before January 1, 2026 , and by striking in the heading thereof and inserting and 2022 . through 2025 The amendments made by this section shall apply to taxable years beginning after December 31, 2021.
