In addition to amounts otherwise made available, there is appropriated to the Secretary for fiscal year 2022, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated and notwithstanding sections 381E through 381H and 381N of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (7 U.S.C. 2009d through 2009g and 2009m), $970,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2031, notwithstanding section 306C(a)(2)(A) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1926c(a)(2)(A) ), for grants under sections 306C(a)(1)(A) and 306(a)(2) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1926c(a)(1)(A) and 1926(a)(2)) for the purpose of replacement of service lines that contain lead, subject to the condition that the performance of any construction work completed with amounts provided under this section meet the condition described in section 9003(f) of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 8103(f) ).
