In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated to the Small Business Administration for fiscal year 2022, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $2,500,000, to remain available until September 30, 2031, for carrying out this section. The Administrator shall develop and implement a program to promote to, conduct outreach to, and educate prospective licensees on the licensing procedures and other programs of small business investment companies under title III of the Small Business Investment Act of 1958.
