In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated to the Secretary for fiscal year 2022, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $75,000,000, to remain available through September 30, 2028, to carry out section 2602(c) of the Energy Policy Act of 1992 ( 25 U.S.C. 3502(c) ), subject to the limitations that apply to loan guarantees under section 50141(d). Section 2602(c) of the Energy Policy Act of 1992 ( 25 U.S.C. 3502(c) ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking ) for an amount equal to not more than 90 percent of and inserting , except that a loan guarantee may guarantee any debt obligation of a non-Federal borrower to any Eligible Lender (as defined in section 609.2 of title 10, Code of Federal Regulations)) for ; and in paragraph (4), by striking $2,000,000,000 and inserting $20,000,000,000 .
