Section 1860D–14(a) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1395w–114(a) ), as amended by sections 11201 and 11401, is amended— in the subsection heading, by striking and all that follows through individuals and inserting line ; certain individuals in paragraph (1)— by striking the paragraph heading and inserting ; and Individuals with certain low incomes in the matter preceding subparagraph (A)— by inserting (or, with respect to a plan year beginning on or after January 1, 2024, 150 percent) after 135 percent ; and by inserting (or, with respect to a plan year beginning on or after January 1, 2024, paragraph (3)(E)) after the resources requirement described in paragraph (3)(D) ; and in paragraph (2)— by striking the paragraph heading and inserting ; and Other low-income individuals in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking In the case of a subsidy and inserting With respect to a plan year beginning before January 1, 2024, in the case of a subsidy .
