Section 2202(e) of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act ( Public Law 116–127 ; 42 U.S.C. 1760 note) is amended by striking September 30, 2021 and inserting June 30, 2022: Provided, That such waivers shall only apply to school year 2021–2022 . There are hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, such sums as may be necessary to carry out this section.
