During the period covered by this Act, for services furnished under the Community Services Block Grant Act ( CSBG Act ) with funds made available by this Act, by the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 ( Public Law 116–260 ), or by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act ( Public Law 116–136 ), States may apply the last sentence of section 673(2) of the CSBG Act by substituting 200 percent for 125 percent .
