Section 2202(e) of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act ( Public Law 116–127 ; 42 U.S.C. 1760 note) is amended by striking September 30, 2021 and inserting June 30, 2022: . , That such waivers shall only apply to school year 2021–2022 Provided There are hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, such sums as may be necessary to carry out this section.
