Section 4105 of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act ( 26 U.S.C. 3304 note) is amended by striking September 6, 2021 and inserting February 1, 2022 . The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall apply as if included in the enactment of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act ( Public Law 116–127 ).
