Section 1851(j)(2)(B) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1395w–21(j)(2)(B) ) is amended by striking co-branded network provider and inserting co-branded, co-owned, or affiliated network provider, pharmacy, or pharmacy benefit manager . The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall apply to plan years beginning on or after January 1, 2025.
