Section 524(c)(1) of title 28, United States Code, is amended— in subparagraph (H), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (I), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: at the discretion of the Attorney General, payments to reimburse operating expenses and program costs incurred by crime-tip organizations that annually waive their qualification for awards for information leading to forfeiture under subparagraph (C), annually waive their qualification for receiving payment from equitably shared forfeiture funds, and offer rewards for information about violations of Federal criminal laws against human trafficking. .
