Section 40118 of title 49, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: In addition to other requirements of this section, air carriers that contract to provide air transportation to the Federal Government shall create policies related to severe forms of human trafficking subject to the requirements of section 5712 of title 5 and subpart 22.17 of title 48, Code of Federal Regulations. .
