There are authorized to be appropriated to the National Institute of Standards and Technology for carrying out this title— $35,800,000 for fiscal year 2024; $36,100,000 for fiscal year 2025; $36,400,000 for fiscal year 2026; $36,700,000 for fiscal year 2027; and $37,100,000 for fiscal year 2028. There are authorized to be appropriated to the National Science Foundation for carrying out this title— $50,000,000 for fiscal year 2024; $53,000,000 for fiscal year 2025; $56,200,000 for fiscal year 2026; $59,600,000 for fiscal year 2027; and $63,100,000 for fiscal year 2028.
There are authorized to be appropriated to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration for carrying out this title— $200,000,000 for fiscal year 2024; $215,000,000 for fiscal year 2025; $220,000,000 for fiscal year 2026; $230,000,000 for fiscal year 2027; and $250,000,000 for fiscal year 2028. Of the amounts authorized for each of the fiscal years in paragraph (1), up to $10,000,000 may be used to support the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s contributions to the activities of the Joint Fire Science Program in section 202(c)(1)(D) of subtitle A of title II of division A.
There are authorized to be appropriated to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration for carrying out this title— $95,000,000 for fiscal year 2024; $100,000,000 for fiscal year 2025; $110,000,000 for fiscal year 2026; $110,000,000 for fiscal year 2027; and $110,000,000 for fiscal year 2028. Of the amounts authorized for each of the fiscal years in paragraph (1), up to $10,000,000 may be used to support National Aeronautics and Space Administration research and development contributions to the activities of the Joint Fire Science Program in section 202(c)(1)(D) of subtitle A of title II of division A.
There are authorized to be appropriated to the Environmental Protection Agency for carrying out this title— $11,000,000 for fiscal year 2024; $11,700,000 for fiscal year 2025; $12,400,000 for fiscal year 2026; $13,100,000 for fiscal year 2027; and $13,900,000 for fiscal year 2028. There are authorized to be appropriated to the Federal Emergency Management Agency for carrying out this title— $6,000,000 for fiscal year 2024; $6,400,000 for fiscal year 2025; $6,700,000 for fiscal year 2026; $7,100,000 for fiscal year 2027; and $7,600,000 for fiscal year 2028.
Of the amounts authorized in paragraph (1), up to $10,000,000 for fiscal years 2024 through 2028 may be used to support the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s contributions to the activities of the Joint Fire Science Program in section 202(c)(1)(D) of subtitle A of title II of division A. There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Energy up to $10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2028 to support the Department’s contributions to the activities of the Joint Fire Science Program in section 202(c)(1)(D) of subtitle A of title II of division A.
