Section 797 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 ( 42 U.S.C. 16137 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: There is authorized to be appropriated $50,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2022 through 2026 to award grants, rebates, or loans, under section 792, to eligible entities to carry out projects that reduce emissions at ports. .
