Not later than 3 years after the date of enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General of the United States shall— carry out an analysis of the effectiveness of the enforcement and administration of the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938 ( 22 U.S.C. 611 et seq. ), including the extent to which the amendments made by this title have improved the enforcement and administration of such Act, and taking into account the comprehensive strategy developed and implemented under section 207; and submit the analysis to the Attorney General, the Inspector General of the Department of Justice, and the appropriate committees of Congress.
