This Act may be cited as the . Foreign Political Influence Elimination Act of 2021 The table of contents of this Act is as follows: Sec. 1. Short title; table of contents. Title I—Restrict Foreign and Dark Money in Elections Sec. 101. Treatment of certain foreign-owned corporations and associations as foreign nationals for purposes of ban on campaign activity. Sec. 102. Prohibiting foreign-affiliated section 501(c)(4) organizations from making certain election-related disbursements.
