Section 283 of title 35, United States Code, is amended— by striking The several courts and inserting the following: The several courts ; and by adding at the end the following: Upon a finding by a court of infringement of a patent not proven invalid or unenforceable, the court shall presume that— further infringement of the patent would cause irreparable injury; and remedies available at law are inadequate to compensate for that injury. .
