The Joint Select Committee shall terminate 30 days after filing the final report required under section 207. Upon termination of the Joint Select Committee, the records of the Joint Select Committee shall be transferred to— such committee or committees of the House of Representatives as may be designated by the Speaker of the House of Representatives; and such committee or committees of the Senate as my be designated by the President pro tempore of the Senate.
