There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary the following amounts to carry out the provisions of this Act: For fiscal year 2023, $698,142,000. For fiscal year 2024, $714,200,000. For fiscal year 2025, $730,626,000. For fiscal year 2026, $747,431,000. For fiscal year 2027, $764,621,000. For fiscal year 2028, $782,207,000.
