It is the sense of Congress that the Department of State’s annual Country Reports on Human Rights Practices should include relevant information regarding whether a particular country has provided assistance to the PRC or any entity under the influence of the Chinese Communist Party in its genocide against the Uyghurs, including through the forcible repatriation of Uyghurs to the PRC without reasonable opportunity for them to be assessed and protected as refugees.
