There is authorized to be appropriated $10,000,000 for fiscal year 2022 for the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor of the Department of State to promote democracy in Hong Kong. The Secretary of State shall designate an office with the Department of State to administer and coordinate the provision of such funds described in subsection
(a)within the Department of State and across the United States Government.
