The United States Trade Representative is authorized to make such conforming changes to the article descriptions of subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, as added or amended by this title, as may be necessary to ensure that such article descriptions conform to and are otherwise in accordance with the modifications to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule proclaimed by the President pursuant to Presidential Proclamation 10326 (86 Fed. Reg. 73593; relating to modifying the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States and for other purposes).
