(A)through (E), respectively; and by adding at the end the following: There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out activities under subsection (d)(1) $1,000,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2022 through 2026 to fund the commercial deployment of technologies to achieve emissions reduction at high emitting non-power industrial facilities. .
