Section 9002 of division Z of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 ( Public Law 116–260 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary $2,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2022 through 2024 to carry out subsections (a), (b), and (c), and $1,700,000 for each of fiscal years 2022 through 2024 for National Laboratory employees to provide services under subsection (d). .
