Not later than September 30, 2023, the Comptroller General of the United States shall submit to Congress a report on the number and amount of awards made pursuant to sections 9902 and 9202(a)(1) of the William M.
(Mac)Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 ( Public Law 116–283 ), disaggregated by recipients of each such award that are majority owned and controlled by minority individuals and majority owned and controlled by women.
