In this title: The term Administrator means the Administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. The term fellow means a National Coral Reef Management Fellow. The term fellowship means the National Coral Reef Management Fellowship established in section 70702. The terms Indian Tribe and Tribal organization have the meanings given those terms in section 4 of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act ( 25 U.S.C. 5304 ).
