Subchapter II of chapter 99 is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new heading: 9902.33.66 Stainless steel vacuum insulated drinkware, double-walled, having a capacity exceeding 2 liters but not exceeding 4 liters, complete with cases (provided for in subheading 9617.00.40) 4.9% No change No change On or before 12/31/2023 .
