The Secretary of the Treasury shall submit to Congress a report analyzing the economic effects of the People’s Republic of China’s movement toward a free floating currency, including the effects on United States exports and economic growth and job creation in the United States— not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act; and not later than 30 days after the submission to Congress of each report on the macroeconomic and currency exchange rate policies of countries that are major trading partners of the United States required to be submitted under section 701 of the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015 ( 19 U.S.C. 4421 ) after the date specified in paragraph (1).
