Section 6507 of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2020 (division F of Public Law 116–283 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (3), by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; in paragraph (4), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: the ways in which such increased illicit finance risks may contribute to corruption involving Chinese firms and a strategy to combat such corruption. ; and in subsection (b), by inserting and corruption after activities . The amendments made by subsection
(a)shall take effect as if included in the enactment of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2020 (division F of Public Law 116–283 ).
