Not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this division, the Administrator shall submit to the appropriate committees of Congress a report on the benefits of increased use of commercial spaceports licensed by the Federal Aviation Administration for NASA civil space missions and operations. The report required by subsection
(a)shall include the following: A description and assessment of current use of commercial spaceports licensed by the Federal Aviation Administration for NASA civil space missions and operations. A description and assessment of the benefits of increased use of such spaceports for such missions and operations. A description and assessment of the steps necessary to achieve increased use of such spaceports for such missions and operations.
