Sec. 2687. Remediation of sites contaminated with trichloroethylene

Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this division, the Administrator shall identify sites of the Administration contaminated with trichloroethylene. Not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this division, the Administrator shall submit to the appropriate committees of Congress a report that includes— the recommendations of the Administrator for remediating the sites identified under subsection
(a)during the 5-year period beginning on the date of the report; and an estimate of the financial resources necessary to implement those recommendations.
