It is the sense of Congress that— the Administration should explore partnerships with the commercial space industry for space science missions in and beyond Earth orbit, including partnerships relating to payload and instrument hosting and commercially available datasets; and such partnerships could result in increased mission cadence, technology advancement, and cost savings for the Administration.
