The Secretary of Agriculture shall take such actions as may be necessary to prohibit the purchase of agricultural land located in the United States by companies owned, in full or in part, by China, Russia, Iran, or North Korea. Beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act, agricultural land owned by China, Russia, Iran, or North Korea or companies owned, in full or in part, by China, Russia, Iran, or North Korea shall not be eligible for participation in programs administered by the Secretary of Agriculture.
