There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development— $150,000,000,000 for incremental housing choice voucher assistance under section 8(o) of the United States Housing Act of 1937 ( 42 U.S.C. 1437f ), for administrative fees in connection with such vouchers, and for renewal of vouchers funded pursuant to this paragraph; and $50,000,000,000 for new project-based rental assistance contracts under section 8 of such Act. Any amounts made available pursuant to this section shall remain available until expended.
