There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Homeland Security $3,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2022 through 2026 to carry out section 890B and subsection
(g)of section 709 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002, as added and inserted, respectively, by sections 2 and 3 of this Act.
