None of the funds made available by this Act may be obligated or expended in a manner that does not comply with the requirements of section 2576a of title 10, United States Code, as if the amendments to such section included in section 365 of H.R. 1280 of the 117th Congress, as passed by the House of Representatives on March 3, 2021, were enacted into law.
