The reporting requirements in paragraphs
(1)and
(2)under the heading Federal Emergency Management Agency—Disaster Relief Fund in the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2015 ( Public Law 114–4 ) shall be applied in the fiscal year funded by this Act with respect to the fiscal year after the fiscal year funded by this Act and the fiscal year funded by this Act, respectively — in paragraph
(1)by substituting the fiscal year after the fiscal year funded by this Act for the budget year and for fiscal year 2016 ; and in paragraph
(2)by inserting business after fifth .
