Of the unobligated balances from amounts made available under the heading Economic Support Fund from prior Acts making appropriations for the Department of State, foreign operations, and related programs, $15,000,000 are rescinded. Of the unobligated balances from amounts made available under the heading Millennium Challenge Corporation from prior Acts making appropriations for the Department of State, foreign operations, and related programs, $515,000,000 are rescinded. Of the unobligated balances from amounts made available under the heading Peace Corps from prior Acts making appropriations for the Department of State, foreign operations, and related programs, $40,000,000 are rescinded.
Of the unobligated balances from amounts made available under the heading International Narcotics Control and Law Enforcement from prior Acts making appropriations for the Department of State, foreign operations, and related programs, $5,000,000 are rescinded. No amounts may be rescinded from amounts that were previously designated by the Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1984 or a concurrent resolution on the budget.
